- Breed restrictions apply - no aggressive breeds
- Limit of 2 pets per home
- Pet deposit is $250 per pet
- Non-refundable pet fee is $250 per pet
- Maximum adult weight for dogs is 35 pounds
- Monthly pet rent of $25 per pet
Breed and weight restrictions are enforced. Service and assistance animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees or deposits. Contact the leasing office with any questions about our pet policy.
